Naser (www.nasermusa.net) will help us “decode” several of the words and phrases that we hear over and over again in the music that we use! He will not only give us several examples (that we will all recognize!!) and the translation to these examples, but also some of the cultural background and history behind the phrases themselves, an understanding of when and why they are used, some hints on how you can tell what dialect is being used (thereby understanding where the song is from) and other tips to give us a deeper understanding of the music.

As a special treat, Naser will give us a translation to "Lulu" AND help us sing a song that will be played at Turquoise later that night…..just in case we want to sing along.
